Ticket Listings and Substitutions

Ticket Listings are representations of actual seat locations. BravoTickets.com reserves the right to substitute tickets with comparable or better seats if necessary. At our sole discretion, we determine what constitutes a “comparable” or “better” ticket.

Order Confirmation, Processing, and Delivery

After submitting your ticket request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This does not guarantee ticket availability or final pricing. Upon processing your order, your credit card will be charged, and you will receive a follow-up email or phone call to finalize your purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation, you must contact us to verify your order status.

Explanation of Charges

BravoTickets.com is an independent licensed broker, and the price you pay may exceed the face value of the tickets. We have no affiliation with Ticketmaster®, any venue box office, or other primary ticket sellers. Our prices reflect the current market value, which is determined by factors such as seat location, event date, and ticket availability.

Returns

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for tickets purchased through BravoTickets.com. In the event of an officially canceled event, a full refund will be issued, provided that the tickets are returned to our office within 10 days of the event’s scheduled date.

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be made for postponed events.

Consignment Sales

If you sell tickets on consignment through BravoTickets.com, please be aware that we do not guarantee the sale of your tickets. We will attempt to sell them on your behalf but may not be successful. Any consignment sales are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Credit Card Purchases

By purchasing tickets via credit card, you agree to our terms and conditions and authorize BravoTickets.com to charge your credit card for the purchase. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be contested, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Care of Tickets

Keep your tickets in a safe place. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Treat your tickets as you would cash.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes are included in the price of the tickets unless otherwise stated.
