The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to BravoTickets.com indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by BravoTickets.com.

BravoTickets.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

1. Purchasing
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth on this website and submit an order, it is a final sale. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for any purchase.

2. Pricing
BravoTickets.com may provide tickets for you that are typically not available through normal channels. You are buying tickets from an independent licensed broker, not the venue box office. In some cases our prices reflect the face value for tickets and in other instances; prices may be higher than the price printed on the tickets.

3. Ticket Listings / Product
Ticket Listings are a representation of actual seat location. Tickets may be substituted with comparable or better seat locations. Actual seat and row numbers may vary from those purchased on the Site. BravoTickets.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes a 'comparable' or 'better' ticket for substitution purposes. BravoTickets.com's policy is one of on-going product update and revision. BravoTickets.com may revise and discontinue products at any time. BravoTickets.com reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

4. Order Confirmation/Processing/Delivery
After you submit your request for tickets; you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. Upon receipt of your order, your credit card is charged and you will receive an email or phone call from our office to finalize the order and ensure all information is correct. Your order may be finalized even if you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email or phone call. Orders may not be cancelled due to problems with receipt of emails. Orders may be filled any time up to and including the day of the performance.

5. Explanation of charges
BravoTickets.com is an independent licensed broker. We have no affiliation with Ticketmaster®, any box office, theatre or arena. All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The price that you pay may be substantially higher than the face value price printed on the tickets. BravoTickets.com's pricing reflects the current market value. The market value price for a ticket can fluctuate regularly and is determined by factors including supply and demand, seat location, date and the difficulty in obtaining a ticket.
o All prices quoted include a 4% cash discount. A 4% handling fee will be added to all Credit Card orders.

6. Returns
Customers may return the product only in accordance with BravoTickets.com's return policy in effect on the date of the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by a BravoTickets.com officer, no return, no cancellation and no exchange of any product will be accepted for any reason.

Return Policy 'There are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges of products purchased from BravoTickets.com. Once a product is purchased it is a final sale. If in the case of an officially cancelled event caused by illness, injury, production closing, an act of God, act of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability or any other event beyond our control; a full in-house credit for the entire purchase amount will be given OR a refund will be given to the customer for the face-value only of the tickets once the tickets are returned to our office. Tickets must be returned to our office within 10 days after the printed performance date on the ticket. The full in-house credit may be used for events taking place throughout the United States and does not expire.

No refunds will be given for shipping charges. Federal Express has fulfilled its obligation of shipping your specific package.

7. Postponed Shows
If a show is postponed, your tickets are valid for the rescheduled performance date. Please hold on to your tickets, they are still valid. Refunds will be given if requested.

8. Tickets Sold For Customers On Consignment ('Try And Sell')
If BravoTickets.com agrees to sell your tickets on consignment please be aware of the following:
o We do not, under any circumstances, guarantee the sale of your consignment tickets.
o We will attempt to sell your tickets on your behalf, but may not be successful.
o You may authorize us to sell your tickets for a price below your cost of purchasing the tickets.
o If we are unsuccessful in selling your tickets, it is your responsibility to retrieve them or make arrangements for their retrieval.
o We are not responsible for the difference you paid for the tickets and the amount for which they were sold.

9. Credit Card Purchases
Be aware that purchasing by credit card or attempting to cancel an order by initiating a credit card chargeback does not protect you from adherence of our Terms and Conditions. You are responsible to comply with our Terms and Conditions and any attempt to defraud our company may result in legal action brought against you.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Your name and billing address must match the name and billing address your credit card company has on file for you. As a mandatory step in processing your order, the billing address will be verified with your credit card company. Once you submit an order via our website, you have acknowledged our Terms and Conditions and authorize BravoTickets.com to charge your credit card for this purchase.

10. Sales
All sales are non-refundable. Although you have not received your tickets, we have committed to acquire your tickets. If we are unable to acquire your tickets, a full refund of your deposit will be applied.

11. Selling Tickets to BravoTickets.com
The following conditions must apply when selling tickets to BravoTickets.com;
o A faxed or scanned copy of the actual tickets and the seller's legal identification may be required.
o Seller shall not provide any misleading or fraudulent information or be involved in any capacity with the transfer of counterfeit tickets or passes.
o For large transactions, you authorize BravoTickets.com to do financial and criminal background checks.
o Seller is liable for any loss associated with the sale of counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.
o For any harm that comes to BravoTickets.com, the seller agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of (10) times the value the tickets were sold for.
o All counterfeit or fraudulent ticket transactions will be forwarded to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies for civil and criminal prosecution.

12. Care of Tickets
Keep all tickets in a safe place. Lost tickets cannot be replaced. All tickets should be considered the same as cash. Do not place tickets in or near extreme heat or direct sunlight as they may become damaged.

13. Taxes
In Nevada, the LET tax is included in the face value of each ticket.

14. Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to require you fill out, sign and fax to us a credit card authorization form. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. BravoTickets.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by BravoTickets.com.

15. Service and Support
BravoTickets.com endeavors to provide the best customer and technical support. BravoTickets.com promises that its support people will attempt to handle over the telephone and email any problem involving BravoTickets.com products. All requests for service and support should be made directly to BravoTickets.com.

16. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, BravoTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BravoTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BravoTickets.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

17. Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against BravoTickets.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the BravoTickets.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Clark County, Nevada.

18. No Assignment
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the express written consent of BravoTickets.com.

19. Invalidity of Provisions
If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

20. Headings
The headings of each of these terms and conditions are for convenience of reference only and shall not form part of these terms and conditions. Such headings shall be ignored in the interpretation or construction of any of these terms and conditions.

21. Links
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that BravoTickets.com is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

22. Export Control
Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions shall be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America.

23. Other documents do not apply
These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered or modified by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to modify, supplement or amend these terms and conditions will be null and void unless agreed to in writing by BravoTickets.com.

24. Copyright and Trademark Notice
This site is owned and operated by BravoTickets.com. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of BravoTickets.com, Copyright '2009, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. BRAVOTICKETS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF IT IS UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DUE TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE FAILURE OF ANY MACHINE, SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION, DATA PROCESSING OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OR TRANSMISSION LINK OR ANY INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, WAR, FLOOD, EXPLOSION, ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER EVENT BEYOND THE CONTROL OF BRAVOTICKETS.COM.
